Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel restaurant or business administration or equivalent education experience required
- Minimum of six years hotel management experience required including two years in a similar capacity
- Ability to provide and maintain a valid drivers license as the position may require the operation of motorized and electric vehicles
- Must be able to travel on occasion as needed
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Must possess intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Windows OS MS Office PMS PBX Key system and POS
- Must have excellent leadership capability customer relations skills and strong organizational communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of federal state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity civil rights occupational safety and health wage and hour issues and labor relations
- Must maintain a neat clean well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Regular attendance is essential and adherence to company rules and regulations is mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a hotel general manager or in a comparable leadership role
- Experience within the lifestyle hospitality segment
- Proven ability to lead multi-departmental teams and drive performance
- Track record of achieving strong financial and guest satisfaction results
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the dual-brand property ensuring seamless integration of AC Hotel and Element brand standards
- Recruit develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team
- Promote Azul Hospitality Group's values of integrity collaboration and guest-focused service
- Lead all pre-opening activities including staffing training operational setup and brand compliance
- Build strong relationships with local businesses community organizations and tourism partners
- Foster a culture of service excellence accountability and teamwork across all departments
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and brand loyalty through consistent service delivery and impeccable facilities
