  • Minimum six years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Minimum four years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel operations multi-property experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen
