Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
  • strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
  • excellent leadership and people management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of brand standards and compliance requirements

  • Proven experience as a hotel general manager or strong assistant general manager ready for the next step
  • deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
  • a leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride
  • calm under pressure and decisive when it counts

  • flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
  • drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
  • own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
  • build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
  • ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
  • partner with sales, revenue, and corporate teams to drive performance
  • be visible on the floor, with guests, and with your team
