Job Description
The hiring establishment is a distinguished hospitality group managing two renowned properties: Courtyard Stafford and Residence Inn Stafford. These hotels cater to both business and leisure travelers, providing exceptional accommodations, superior guest service, and a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence. Known for their strong presence in the Stafford area, both properties emphasize a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational precision. The management team is focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining financial health and brand standards.
This position is for a Dual Hotel General Manager who will oversee the entire operation of both the Courtyard and Residence Inn Stafford properties. This is a leadership role that combines operational management, financial stewardship, team leadership, and brand compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of every facet of hotel management including front desk flow, guest relations, financial performance, team engagement, and brand excellence. They will be responsible for setting the tone and culture for both hotels, leading the teams to uphold the highest standards, and ensuring that guests have memorable and satisfying stays.
This full-time role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on. The manager will drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, monitor and own the profit and loss (P&L) statements, manage budgets and forecasts, and execute profitability strategies that support sustainable business growth. A collaborative approach is essential as the role involves partnering with sales, revenue management, and corporate teams to maximize performance. As a visible leader on the floor, the General Manager will be actively engaged with employees and guests alike, fostering a positive environment where great people can create great hotels.
The dual responsibility for two properties demands an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and develop leaders and frontline team members. Compliance with brand standards, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations is critical. Additionally, the role offers competitive salary and performance bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the candidate’s professional and personal life. Candidates who enjoy autonomy and leadership within the framework of a supportive brand will find this opportunity very rewarding.
