Job Requirements

bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality management
minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience
ability to manage and lead a team of at least 3 full-time associates
strong organizational and multitasking skills
willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
familiarity with quality and safety compliance in culinary environments
