- No previous retail experience required
- ability to spend up to 100 percent of working time standing or walking
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis
- good communication skills
- able to use register and calculator
- professional and respectful attitude
- ability to meet time-bound expectations with tempo
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education

- proficiency with technology such as tablets and registers

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a helpful and friendly approach
- assess customer needs and provide assistance
- share benefits of the loyalty program
- complete in-store and online transactions accurately
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- receive, prepare, and place merchandise according to standards
- complete fulfillment processes for online orders
- follow asset protection policies
- participate in team meetings and training
- perform additional duties as assigned
