Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
share the benefits of the loyalty program and enroll new members
answer questions regarding products and complete customer transactions both in-store and digitally
maintain a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment
receive inbound freight and merchandise the sales floor per company standards
complete fulfillment processes including packaging and product inspection
complete customer transactions accurately while following policies and procedures
partner with management on customer issue escalation
actively participate in team meetings and ongoing training
demonstrate teamwork and support inclusivity
