  • no prior retail experience required

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
  • read customer cues and match their needs with an elevated level of service
  • share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members
  • answer questions regarding products and complete customer transactions
  • maintain a neat, clean, and safe store environment
  • receive inbound freight and merchandise per DSW standards
  • complete markdowns and organize the stockroom
  • fulfill orders including locating items and preparing them for pick up or delivery
  • operate technology tools such as register, iPhone, and calculator to support transactions
  • follow DSW policies and procedures during customer transactions
  • partner with the Customer Experience Leader for escalated service issues
  • participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training
  • demonstrate teamwork and support inclusivity
