- Must have availability to meet the needs of the business
- ability to move with tempo to meet time bound expectations

- proficient in use of technology for customer interactions
- ability to spend up to 100 percent of working time standing or walking around the store
- ability to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis
- ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on a frequent basis

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
- read customer cues and match their needs with elevated service
- share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members
- answer product questions and complete customer transactions including digital orders
- maintain a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment
- clear trash, organize stockroom, perform markdowns and maintain clearance standards
- receive inbound freight and prepare merchandise according to DSW standards
- complete fulfillment functions including locating items, inspecting, packaging and labeling for pick up or delivery
- use company tools such as iPhone and register for product availability and ordering
- complete customer transactions following DSW policies and procedures
- ensure accuracy in money handling and provide correct change
- partner with Customer Experience Leader on escalated service issues
- follow all asset protection policies
- actively participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training
- be open to coaching and demonstrate teamwork and inclusivity
