Job Requirements
- Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience
- Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training
- Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job
- Must be available for full-time employment
- Ability to adhere to safety and operational protocols
- Willingness to work on regional or OTR routes
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Recent driving experience or recent CDL school graduate
- Ability to complete on-the-job training if necessary
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Commitment to customer service and company policies
Job Duties
- Operate commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently
- Deliver freight on established regional or over-the-road routes
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
