Job Requirements

  • Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience
  • Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training
  • Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job
  • Must be available for full-time employment
  • Ability to adhere to safety and operational protocols
  • Willingness to work on regional or OTR routes

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Recent driving experience or recent CDL school graduate
  • Ability to complete on-the-job training if necessary
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time
  • Commitment to customer service and company policies

Job Duties

  • Operate commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Deliver freight on established regional or over-the-road routes
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
