Job Description

Roehl Transport is a leading freight and transportation company that specializes in providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions across the United States and Canada. Known for its driver-first approach, Roehl Transport has built a reputation for offering stability, consistency, and excellent pay to its fleet of professional drivers. Established with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and workforce well-being, Roehl Transport caters to a wide variety of shipping needs, including dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight. Their focus on clear routes and predictable schedules makes them a preferred employer among CDL-A drivers seeking a balance between professional commitments and personal life. Roehl operates both regional and over-the-road (OTR) freight services primarily in the Midwest and nationwide, advocating work-life harmony by providing regular home time and known routes in advance.

The CDL-A Driver position at Roehl Transport offers drivers a unique opportunity to join a company that values dedication and efficiency. The role involves operating commercial vehicles to transport goods, largely no-touch freight, which reduces the time spent on loading and unloading, allowing drivers to focus on driving. Drivers benefit from scheduled runs that typically bring them home weekly or bi-weekly, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The compensation packages are competitive, with drivers earning up to $1,835 per week depending on experience, performance, and route type. Roehl also emphasizes career growth and continuous support with benefits like a Dynamic Pay Plan that rewards performance, opportunities for driver trainer roles, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. Whether you are a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, Roehl Transport's comprehensive training and supportive culture ensure you have the tools and resources to succeed. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with profit sharing. Roehl Transport’s well-maintained fleet and 24/7 maintenance support further enhance job satisfaction and safety on the road. If you’re ready to drive for a company that prioritizes your well-being, performance, and professional growth, Roehl Transport is the place to be.
