Job Description
Roehl Transport is a reputable trucking company known for providing reliable, consistent, and driver-friendly logistics solutions across the Midwest and nationwide. As a well-established transportation provider, Roehl Transport is dedicated to ensuring its drivers have a balance between work and personal life through stable routes, predictable schedules, and competitive pay. With a strong focus on driver satisfaction and safety, Roehl offers multiple freight options including dry van, reefer, and flatbed that appeal to a range of driving experiences and preferences. Its operations cover 48 states and Canada, allowing drivers to experience varied yet familiar lanes. The company offers full-time employment opportunities with pay rates reaching up to $1,835 per week depending on the job type, location, experience, and performance. Roehl’s commitment to drivers is reflected through its Dynamic Pay Plan™, which rewards efficiency and productivity, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
This job opening is for CDL-A drivers looking to join Roehl Transport and take advantage of the company’s driver-first approach. The role offers regional and over-the-road dry van driving positions. Regional drivers enjoy routes focused primarily within the Midwest, with no-touch freight and weekly home time usually lasting about 48 hours. Pay in this role can reach up to $1,570 per week with most drivers earning between $1,000 and $1,570. Over-the-road drivers are expected to be on the road for 11-14 days with three days off to rest before the next run. They haul no-touch dry van freight nationwide and in Canada, with pay reaching up to $1,835 per week for top earners. Both positions emphasize consistent, predictable routes, home time, and the opportunity to maximize earnings based on performance.
Roehl Transport also supports driver growth and development by offering driver trainer opportunities, with earnings up to $17,000 per year, and provides on-the-job training for recent CDL graduates or candidates pursuing their CDL license while being paid. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance by scheduling routes that reduce waiting and unnecessary handling of freight, allowing drivers to spend more time driving safely.
Drivers benefit from comprehensive health, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance plans, along with flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid holidays and vacations, referral bonuses, accident-free pay, and pet and passenger rider programs. Roehl also prides itself on maintaining new equipment with 24/7 maintenance support to ensure safety and reliability on the road. This is a full-time driving job with ongoing application acceptance, making it an excellent choice for qualified CDL-A drivers seeking stability, growth, and valuable benefits in a reputable transport company.
