Job Description

Driveway is currently looking for a Driveway Valet I to join their team. This entry-level position plays a pivotal role in delivering a premium and frictionless customer experience. The Driveway Valet I is responsible for facilitating the acquisition and pickup of both new and used vehicles of all makes and models within an assigned market area. The role functions as a vital link between customers and the Driveway platform, ensuring the overall vehicle acquisition process is smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

The hourly pay range for this role is between $19.25 and $28.85, reflecting Driveway's commitment to competitive compensation that rewards employees for delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will act as a trusted guide for customers, navigating them through the entire vehicle acquisition journey using Driveway's online portal. This involves scheduling and maintaining appointments, educating customers about the process, and providing thorough vehicle inspections to guarantee quality before finalizing sales. You will also be responsible for executing any necessary paperwork to complete acquisitions, maintaining clear communication with team members and leadership, and troubleshooting any customer concerns that arise.
