The Driveway Valet I position is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to become a crucial part of this transformative retail experience. This role entails acquiring and picking up new and used vehicles of all makes and models in the assigned market area, ensuring a premium, frictionless customer experience throughout the process. The Valet is responsible for facilitating online vehicle acquisition sales via an online portal, maintaining the customer appointment calendar, and educating customers on the entire acquisition process. This requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role includes maintaining marketplace reports and handling vehicle inspection and acquisition paperwork with diligence and accuracy.
Candidates will be expected to acquire and maintain a notary commission to properly execute necessary documents, reflecting the importance of compliance and professionalism in the role.
