The Driveway Valet I position is an entry-level role essential to delivering a premium customer experience for vehicle acquisitions and pick-ups. This role involves facilitating online vehicle acquisitions across various makes and models within the assigned market area. The Valet acts as the frontline interface with customers, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, inspecting vehicles thoroughly, and executing all necessary paperwork accurately. The role demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to educate and guide customers throughout the vehicle acquisition process. In addition to hands-on responsibilities like using online valuation tools and maintaining marketplace reports, the Driveway Valet I must obtain and maintain a notary commission to complete critical customer transactions. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure the Valet remains knowledgeable about all brand products and features, helping deliver an informed and confident customer experience.
