Job Requirements
- be at least 25 years old
- own a 4-door vehicle from 2010 or newer unless renting through Express Drive
- hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- own a smartphone with iOS or Android
- have a clean driving record
- reside in or near Tampa Bay
- meet Lyft’s driver background check standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- experience in customer service or driving preferred but not mandatory
- familiarity with smartphone apps
- ability to navigate Tampa Bay area
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- accept ride requests and provide safe transportation to passengers
- maintain a clean and reliable vehicle
- use Lyft app features such as Upfront Pay and Women+ Connect
- manage own schedule and work hours independently
- ensure adherence to traffic and safety laws
- provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
- handle cashing out earnings through the app
