Job Description

Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a trusted healthcare establishment committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents through compassionate care and rehabilitation services. Located in a supportive community environment, Treasure Hills offers a comprehensive range of medical and therapeutic services designed to help patients regain their independence and improve their health outcomes. Serving a diverse population of elderly and disabled individuals, the center integrates state-of-the-art equipment, skilled healthcare professionals, and personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. Recognized for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center prides itself on fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and excellence in patient care.

The role available at Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is multifaceted, combining front office reception responsibilities with patient and visitor assistance, as well as logistical support related to transportation and delivery services. This position requires a professional individual who can handle multiple duties including answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally, greeting and assisting all guests, and providing accurate directions and information to visitors, residents, sales representatives, and other individuals. Additionally, the role involves issuing and collecting identification badges as representatives sign in and out, as well as supporting administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and posting accounts as directed by management.

Transport and mobility support is another critical aspect of the job, involving securing passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices, assisting disabled and elderly residents in and out of vehicles, buildings, and doctor's offices as needed, and collaborating with various departments to deliver and pick up essential items such as x-rays, pharmaceuticals, medical records, and mail while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines to maintain resident confidentiality. Maintaining the cleanliness and service of the facility's vehicles is also required, alongside promptly reporting vehicle repair needs or any unsafe or hazardous situations to supervisors.

This position demands flexibility and availability for special occasions and schedules, requiring an individual who demonstrates tact, understanding, and effective communication skills when interacting with facility personnel, residents, family members, and external community contacts. Experience in a healthcare environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are highly desirable. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary, reflecting the transportation elements of the role. The pay rates for this position are competitive, with benefits eligibility dependent on full-time employment status, and the facility is an equal opportunity employer committed to nondiscrimination against disability and veteran status.
