Job Requirements

  • must have a valid driver’s license of at least one year
  • clean driving record
  • minimum age of 21 years
  • no prior experience required
  • on-the-job training provided
  • no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • may require a CDL with specific class and endorsement
  • ability to perform physical tasks associated with driving and vehicle maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license held for at least one year
  • clean driving record
  • minimum age of 21 years
  • ability to undergo on-the-job training
  • preferred one year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
  • capability to adhere to safety protocols
  • willingness to obtain CDL if required by contract

Job Duties

  • transport, load and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including the safe operation and handling of specialized equipment
  • inspect vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities
  • meet team members needing assistance to and from various airport locations
  • inspect vans for preexisting damage record information
  • provide excellent customer service
  • immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • refuel and maintain vans equipment and fuel use logs
  • maintain a clean work environment, disinfecting vans after each use
  • perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, adherence to Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with safety standards
