Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to stand and run during shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Positive and engaging demeanor
Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Valid driver’s license with no infractions
Ability to solve problems effectively
Strong teamwork skills
Pleasant and helpful personality
Ability to work full shifts standing and running to retrieve cars
Outgoing and engaging personality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
Interact with all guests by welcoming them, opening doors, and assisting with bags
Remain knowledgeable about the local area, including traffic patterns and directions to common attractions and restaurants
Offer recommendations for areas of interest
Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any problems to management
Assist guests with securing other forms of transportation as needed
Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience for each guest
Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
Go above and beyond to create memorable guest and employee interactions
