Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand and run during shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with no infractions
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Strong teamwork skills
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Ability to work full shifts standing and running to retrieve cars
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests by welcoming them, opening doors, and assisting with bags
- Remain knowledgeable about the local area, including traffic patterns and directions to common attractions and restaurants
- Offer recommendations for areas of interest
- Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any problems to management
- Assist guests with securing other forms of transportation as needed
- Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience for each guest
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
- Go above and beyond to create memorable guest and employee interactions
