The position available is for a Ready-Mix Driver, a role critical to daily operations within the company. As a Ready-Mix Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix concrete truck, delivering concrete to various job sites while maintaining a high degree of safety awareness and operational professionalism. The role's responsibilities encompass not only driving duties but also important tasks such as performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring concrete consistency during mixing and delivery, and keeping the vehicle and equipment in optimal condition. The driver is also expected to follow all relevant laws and company policies, including wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and adhering strictly to Hours-of-Service regulations, which includes a maximum of 11 hours of daily driving and up to 16 working hours.

Additionally, the Ready-Mix Driver should be capable of communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, coworkers, and customers to coordinate safe and timely deliveries. Familiarity with concrete products and basic truck operations is essential to perform this job effectively.
