Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
- minimum age requirement as per state law
- high school diploma preferred
- ability to pass FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse screening
- acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in outdoor and dynamic industrial environments
- proficiency in English
- adherence to all safety protocols and wearing of protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)

- proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
- coordinate efficiently with dispatch and team members
