Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High School diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to work in diverse and physically demanding environments
- Ability to lift and handle extension chutes weighing 30 to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of truck maintenance desirable
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Work closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
