Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
- high school diploma preferred
- driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in last five years and no more than three moving violations in past three years
- ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds
- willingness to wear protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- ability to work in diverse and outdoor industrial environments
Job Qualifications

- strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- knowledge of traffic routes
- basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
- maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional image
- coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
