Job Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
High school diploma preferred
Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
Acceptable CSA and MVR record
No DUI/DWI in last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
Ability to follow safety protocols
Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in diverse outdoor industrial conditions

Job Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)

Acceptable CSA and MVR record
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable

Job Duties

Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to commercial and residential job sites
Adapt discharge methods to various site conditions
Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
Provide outstanding customer service and represent Cemex professionally
Coordinate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient operations
