Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in diverse weather and terrain conditions
- Commitment to safety protocols and wearing protective equipment
- Willingness to follow directions from supervisors
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- Knowledge of traffic routes
- Basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
