Drivers at Pebble Beach Company are also called upon to assist with valet, porter, and concierge duties when needed, making this a versatile and interactive position suited for those who enjoy engaging with guests and providing personalized service.

The position requires a Class C Commercial Driver’s License with a passenger endorsement (or the ability to acquire one within three months), a valid California driver’s license with minimal points, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.40 plus service charges, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees. The company promotes workplace wellness with an on-site Health & Wellness Center providing free access to medical professionals for employees and their families. Additionally, Pebble Beach Company supports employee financial security through a robust 401(k) retirement program with matching contributions and other incentives.

Working as a Driver at Pebble Beach Company means becoming part of a community that values excellent communication, customer service, safety, and company culture. Employees benefit from significant perks such as discounts at upscale restaurants, retail shops, and the Forbes Five Star Spa, hotel discounts during select seasons, and access to world-famous golf courses with employee tee times and tournaments.
