Established with a strong commitment to service excellence and sustainability, Aramark focuses on making a positive impact not only for its customers but also for employees, partners, communities, and the planet. With a mission rooted in service and unity, Aramark offers a dynamic work environment where team members are encouraged to develop new skills, embrace challenges, and grow both personally and professionally. The company promotes equal employment opportunities and prioritizes creating an inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.

The Route Sales Driver position at Aramark is a crucial role responsible for delivering goods and products within a designated route or territory, ensuring efficient and timely service to various customer locations. This role goes beyond simple transportation duties by involving product inventory management, vehicle upkeep, and customer interaction. The Route Sales Driver loads products onto the truck daily and stocks merchandise to maintain appropriate inventory levels, utilizing specialized software for accurate documentation. Reporting sales figures, waste, customer feedback, and any machine or vehicle issues daily is essential to maintaining operational effectiveness. Drivers are expected to uphold safety regulations and company policies while driving and handling deliveries, ensuring their and others’ well-being on the road and at delivery sites.

In addition to driving and delivery responsibilities, the Route Sales Driver is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the company vehicle and associated equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly to management. This attention to vehicle care supports the company’s goal of uninterrupted, reliable service. A positive and courteous attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers is also a vital aspect of the role, as it reflects Aramark’s customer-first philosophy and commitment to creating an excellent service experience. Job duties may vary according to specific client requirements and business needs, and flexibility is expected as new tasks or responsibilities may be assigned by management.

This role may require physical effort such as lifting, bending, pushing, or extended periods of walking and standing. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms may also be mandated depending on the assignment environment. The position calls for individuals who can work independently with limited supervision, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous driving experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is a must. Aramark embraces continuous learning and supports employees in reaching their full potential by providing a supportive work culture and opportunities for professional development.
