The position of Driver, Helper Non Formula, is crucial within the company’s logistics and food supply chain. This role supports the safe and efficient delivery of food and food service products by assisting the Driver in every phase of transportation. The Driver, Helper Non Formula will ride alongside the Driver on intrastate and interstate routes in tractor trailers, tandem trailers, or straight trucks delivering goods to customers punctually and in perfect condition. This role requires adherence to the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and emphasizes the importance of professionalism when communicating with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Acting as an ambassador of the company, you will build lasting relationships that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 months experience in warehouse or foodservice environment
- valid motor vehicle report without major violations for past 3 years
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background verification
- physical ability to assist with loading and unloading
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to adhere to DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6+ months in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within foodservice industry
- clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for past 3 years
- pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Job Duties
- Assists the driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- loads and unloads truck and/or company vehicles
- places products in areas identified by customers
- completes required documentation in a timely manner
- performs other related duties as assigned
