The role of Driver, Helper Non Formula, holds a critical position in the food supply chain by assisting Drivers with the safe and timely delivery of products across intrastate and interstate routes. This role requires working alongside Drivers in tractor trailers, tandem trailers, and straight trucks to ensure customers receive their orders intact and on time. More than just a delivery assistant, the Helper acts as the company's face to customers, fostering positive relationships and professional interactions. The responsibilities include loading and unloading company vehicles, positioning products in accordance with customer instructions, and completing necessary documentation promptly. This position demands compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and embodies teamwork by assisting with any assigned duties to best support company operations. Job Requirements
- high school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6+ months in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within foodservice industry
- clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for past 3 years
- pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
