Job Requirements
- Have a valid US driver's license from state of residency
- Possess valid personal vehicle insurance and registration
- Own a personal vehicle that is 10 model years or newer with four doors
- Be at least 21 years old
- No use of rental or commercial vehicles
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and self-motivate

- Basic smartphone proficiency to use the UZURV app
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to older adults and people with disabilities
- Use a personal vehicle that meets company standards for trips
- Manage a flexible schedule by choosing working hours and availability
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with riders to address their needs
- Use the UZURV app to accept trips and preview fares
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with all safety and insurance requirements
- Provide customer support in collaboration with UZURV team when needed
