Join the Iron Steed Harley-Davidson Family and become part of a vibrant, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to motorcycle enthusiasts. Iron Steed Harley-Davidson, located in Vacaville, California, is one of the fastest-growing Harley-Davidson dealerships in the state, known for its commitment to quality service, community spirit, and passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. This dealership prides itself on being more than just a place to buy motorcycles; it is a hub where dreams of personal freedom and adventure come to life. Iron Steed Harley-Davidson fosters an environment filled with camaraderie, excitement, and respect for the iconic brand and its loyal customer base. Their team members are riders themselves, which allows them to connect deeply with customers and share in the unique Harley-Davidson experience.

The role of Driver, Detail and Lot Attendant at Iron Steed Harley-Davidson is a crucial position that supports the smooth operations of motorcycle retail services. This full-time role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail who can efficiently manage motorcycle transportation, maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lot, and perform thorough cleaning and inspection of motorcycles to meet museum-quality standards. This position is a key player in ensuring that every customer receives a pristine motorcycle that reflects the quality and pride of the Harley-Davidson brand.

As a Driver, Detail and Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for safely transporting motorcycles between different locations such as the dealership, service centers, and customer sites. This requires not only a valid driver’s license but also advanced skills in operating motorcycles safely under various weather and traffic conditions. You will execute detailed cleaning tasks including washing, polishing, and applying specific detailing techniques to prepare motorcycles for showroom display or delivery. Your work in organizing the lot efficiently will maximize space and facilitate easy access to the motorcycles, which contributes significantly to operational efficiency.

The position also entails conducting routine inspections to check for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance needs, enabling the dealership to uphold high safety and quality standards. In addition, you will assist with general upkeep such as sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring the lot environment is safe and free of hazards. Iron Steed Harley-Davidson offers extensive training and access to industry-leading tools to support your success and skill development within a dynamic and fun workplace.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about motorcycles, customer service, and working in an active, team-driven dealership setting where your contributions impact both the customer experience and the overall operations. If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and are excited about becoming part of the Harley-Davidson legacy, this opportunity at Iron Steed Harley-Davidson offers a fulfilling career path with a supportive team and a strong sense of community.
