2dz International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL in Brooklyn Park, MN, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic team focused on leading the future of snacking. This role is union-represented and offers a possible Monday through Saturday schedule, starting between 2 am and 4 am and ending between 1 pm and 2 pm, with shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours and opportunities for overtime. The principal location for this position is 9201 Wyoming Ave N SUITE 160 Brooklyn Park, MN 55445, with interstate deliveries primarily to Wisconsin.

As a Driver CDL, you will be a critical part of the supply chain, responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to stores and warehouses. Your role will emphasize safety adherence, punctuality, and customer service excellence, ensuring that every delivery contributes to the company's mission to maintain high standards in product quality and customer satisfaction. You will handle equipment checks, maintain necessary documentation such as receipts and truck logs, and work closely with Route Managers or Dispatch to meet delivery schedules. The position requires adaptability to changing routes, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and proficient use of electronic logging devices and smartphones.

The role demands a CDL-Class A license, with at least one year of proven safe driving experience, and for some positions supporting Military/Federal Sites, valid REAL ID or federal IDs are necessary to access those locations. Candidates need to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record review, and background checks, along with FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration. Experience with direct store delivery is preferred but not mandatory. Drivers must possess a customer-oriented mindset, familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, and a basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
