Job Requirements
- Must have a CDL-Class A license
- At least one year of safe driving experience
- Pass drug test, MVR, and background check
- FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required
- For Military/Federal Site positions, valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID required
- Ability to handle physical demands of loading and driving
- Available to work Monday through Saturday shifts starting early morning
- Ability to follow safety and delivery protocols
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Hold a CDL-Class A license
- Have at least one year of proven safe driving experience
- Preferred direct store delivery experience
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent support skills
- Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations
- Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
- Proficient with smart phone operations and electronic logging devices
- Flexibility to work varied schedules
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment including tractor, trailer, pallet jack
- Complete daily field service activities including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
- Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses
- Use electronic logging devices and smartphones proficiently for logging positions and driving times
- Adapt to changing routes and working schedules
- Work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
