Job Description
Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. is a dedicated healthcare organization committed to fostering the health and well-being of the communities it serves. As a recognized qualified entity, Care Resource provides comprehensive health services and support programs aimed at improving the quality of life for underserved populations. The organization values compliance with legal standards, transparency, and community involvement, as evidenced by its adherence to regulations such as House Bill 531 (2025) and its use of the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website. Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. operates with a strong mission to deliver compassionate, competent, and committed care, establishing a culture of service focused on the needs of both internal and external customers including patients, clients, staff, and vendors.
The role offered is a multifaceted position centered on client service, administrative support, operational inventory management, and delivery logistics. This role involves direct interaction with clients where greeting and menu assistance are key components, along with acting as an essential communication link for clients who may not have other means of interaction. Administrative responsibilities include verification of client certifications via systems such as SDIS and Ryan White files, data entry, record maintenance, and participation in quality assurance initiatives, grants, contracts, and marketing activities. The position requires maintaining high standards in record-keeping and operational procedures, including inventory counting, program delivery verification, storage management for food items, and efficient packing and distribution of meals and groceries.
Operational tasks extend to driving duties where the employee will deliver meals and groceries to clients’ homes and manage vehicle logs and maintenance coordination to ensure uninterrupted service coverage. The role also includes routine cleaning and workspace maintenance, emphasizing hygiene protocols to meet health guidelines. A unique aspect of this job is its embodiment of the "3 C's" of service culture: Compassion, Competency, and Commitment, ensuring a patient-centered and service-oriented approach.
Physical requirements include frequent walking, standing, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, appropriate for an environment primarily based in office settings with operational duties that involve physical activity. The position demands a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of related experience including driver experience. Strong communication skills, teamwork, dedication to customer focus, and an enthusiastic and detail-oriented attitude are crucial behaviors for success. This role offers meaningful engagement in agency developmental activities with opportunities to contribute to program effectiveness and community health outcomes.
