Job Duties

  • Delivers ordered product to customers on time while overseeing all delivery, truck maintenance, and safety processes and procedures for the route
  • Develops and maintains an effective rapport with all customers
  • Oversees performance of route helpers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers assigned to team
  • Counts truck and verifies with warehouse personnel before leaving for the route
  • Works to always be increasing product knowledge and utilizes it to help customers sell more beer
  • Seeks out opportunities to sell additional product to customers upon order delivery that will help fulfill customer needs and sell more product
  • Audits condition of all point-of-sale (P.O.S.) items to ensure brand representation meets company standards
