Job Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Delivers ordered product to customers on time while overseeing all delivery, truck maintenance, and safety processes and procedures for the route
- Develops and maintains an effective rapport with all customers
- Oversees performance of route helpers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers assigned to team
- Counts truck and verifies with warehouse personnel before leaving for the route
- Works to always be increasing product knowledge and utilizes it to help customers sell more beer
- Seeks out opportunities to sell additional product to customers upon order delivery that will help fulfill customer needs and sell more product
- Audits condition of all point-of-sale (P.O.S.) items to ensure brand representation meets company standards
