We are currently hiring motivated, hard-working full-time Drivers to join our dynamic team delivering Amazon packages. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking an active job role that combines driving with customer service. The position comes with comprehensive training and provides the use of a delivery vehicle, with no commercial driving license (CDL) required. Our drivers are on the front line of customer service, ensuring every Amazon package is handled with care, professionalism, and accuracy.

The driver position entails delivering packages directly to customers' doorsteps, which requires physical stamina as packages can weigh up to 50 pounds. Drivers must be able to navigate their route using smart phone technology and GPS systems proficiently, ensuring timely delivery across varied delivery routes. Our job schedule includes ten-hour shifts predominantly from Monday to Friday, with the inclusion of one weekend day, creating a balanced workweek that supports a healthy work-life balance.

At Arete Direct LLC, we understand the importance of employee development and work satisfaction. Hence, drivers have multiple avenues for professional growth, including opportunities to advance into roles such as lead driver, dispatcher, or Operations Manager. We also provide DOT certification training and other professional development resources to help our team progress in their delivery careers.

Compensation ranges between $22.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience and performance, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our drivers competitively. Beyond salary, full-time employees (working four or more shifts a week) enjoy extensive benefits, including paid training, health insurance, bonus pay, 401k retirement plans, and paid time off. For applicants, current requirements include being at least 21 years of age, holding a valid driver’s license, and being authorized to work in the United States. Prior driving and delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory. Physical ability to handle and deliver packages repeatedly during a shift, including moving in and out of the delivery van and climbing stairs, is essential. Familiarity with smart phone and GPS navigation technology is also required to ensure efficient route management.
