The role of Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living is vital to the day-to-day functioning and resident experience within the community. This full-time position involves working Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, offering a stable and predictable schedule for those who value consistency. The Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by providing reliable transportation to scheduled appointments and recreational outings. Utilizing a variety of company vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and buses, this position demands attention to safety, maintenance, and hospitality.

Beyond transportation, the Driver contributes to the overall community environment by participating in vehicle upkeep and safety inspections, assisting residents in and out of vehicles with empathy and care, and supporting other community activities as needed. Flexibility is a must, as additional responsibilities may include helping with receptionist or concierge duties and assisting in scheduled resident activities.
