Job Description

Belmont Village Senior Living is a distinguished operator in the senior living industry, owning, managing, and operating luxury senior living communities across the United States and Mexico City, Mexico. With a commitment to providing high-quality care and a supportive environment for seniors, Belmont Village fosters an atmosphere where every team member acts as a servant leader, engaged in hands-on, dynamic roles that require both physical activity and a genuine dedication to service. The company prides itself on a culture rooted in core values such as Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Dignity, Integrity, Ownership, and Learning. This culture not only drives the exceptional services provided to residents but also promotes robust internal growth and career advancement opportunities for its employees. With a strategic development plan aimed at ongoing improvement and excellence, Belmont Village stands as a leader in luxury senior living.

The role of Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living is vital to the day-to-day functioning and resident experience within the community. This full-time position involves working Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, offering a stable and predictable schedule for those who value consistency. The Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by providing reliable transportation to scheduled appointments and recreational outings. Utilizing a variety of company vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and buses, this position demands attention to safety, maintenance, and hospitality.

Beyond transportation, the Driver contributes to the overall community environment by participating in vehicle upkeep and safety inspections, assisting residents in and out of vehicles with empathy and care, and supporting other community activities as needed. Flexibility is a must, as additional responsibilities may include helping with receptionist or concierge duties and assisting in scheduled resident activities. The ideal candidate is not only reliable and physically capable but also possesses a team-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality. This role is particularly well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace growth and learning, and take pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Belmont Village’s supportive work environment, combined with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities, makes this position an excellent fit for those seeking a rewarding career in senior care transportation.
