Job Requirements
- No commercial driver’s license needed
- must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- have a valid driver’s license
- have consistent access to a smartphone
- vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) as applicable
- provide social security number if in the US
- subject to successful ID verification
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- knowledge of local area or ability to use GPS navigation
- ability to operate a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle safely
- strong time management skills
- good communication skills
- smartphone proficiency
- age 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
Job Duties
- Deliver meals to customers promptly and safely
- pick up food, grocery, or retail orders from vendors
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage orders and navigation
- communicate with customers and support team as necessary
- maintain a clean and operational vehicle or delivery method
- manage time effectively to maximize earnings
- follow all traffic laws and company policies
