Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system
- Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments
- Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments
