Job Description
Reynolds Nationwide is a proudly family-owned trucking company that values and appreciates its drivers unlike any other in the industry. With a commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful work environment, Reynolds Nationwide has established itself as a trusted and dependable transportation service specializing in hauling food grade products. Operating primarily in Texas, the company offers local and regional routes based in San Antonio, Hereford, and Stephenville, providing ample opportunities for drivers seeking stable and rewarding careers. Known for their uncommon appreciation for drivers, Reynolds Nationwide ensures that every driver is treated with the utmost respect and receives compensation and benefits that reflect their hard work and dedication.
The company is currently hiring CDL Class A Tanker Drivers with Tanker Endorsements to transport various food grade liquids safely and efficiently. This role is integral to maintaining the company's reputation for quality and safety. Drivers will benefit from competitive starting pay at 0.58 per mile, increasing to 0.60 per mile after the first year of service, with average annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 or more depending on experience. Experienced drivers have the potential to earn between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. Reynolds Nationwide also offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with premiums partially covered by the company, paid holidays, paid time off, and bonus programs that reward outstanding performance.
This position requires drivers to uphold a strong safety-oriented mindset, consistently prioritizing safe driving practices and teamwork. The company values honesty, integrity, and clear communication skills, ensuring that drivers operate responsibly and maintain a high level of professionalism on the road. To meet operational requirements, candidates must be at least 24 years old, hold a current Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement, and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test along with a DOT physical examination. For those operating out of the San Antonio location, a Hazmat endorsement is required to haul Tequila products, adding an additional layer of expertise to the role.
By joining Reynolds Nationwide as a CDL-A Tanker Driver, applicants step into a career with a company that not only offers lucrative pay and job security but also prioritizes driver well-being and supports professional growth. The diverse route options allow for flexibility and a balanced work-life experience. Whether driving local or regional routes, drivers become part of a family-centric company culture that respects their contributions and values their dedication. If you are an experienced tanker driver looking for a rewarding position with a respected employer who genuinely cares about their drivers, Reynolds Nationwide is the ideal place to grow your career in trucking.
