Job Requirements

Use safety belt and safety shoes at all times
Use hand truck to move or lift anything over 15 lbs
Must perform physical activities in various environmental conditions requiring moderate strength including climbing lifting balancing walking and handling materials
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
The position requires lifting of 25 lbs anything over 25 lbs assistance will be given
Watch for wet floors and spillage put signs and dry immediately
The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and un-assisted
The ability to respond quickly to sounds
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
The ability to safely climb ladders
The ability to work in cold temperatures
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
The ability to perform repetitive standing walking squatting bending kneeling twisting stooping balancing reaching pushing

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
Familiarity with food handling and basic kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Setup tables chairs heaters and umbrellas rotate during the week
Stock straws napkins saucers and spoons in runner station
Run all beverages during shift
Refill bottled beverages
Clean and polish French presses
Bring napkins utensils and straws when delivering drinks to guests
Repeat drinks to guest and confirm if waiting for anything else then remove table number and wish them to enjoy their beverages
Refill ice drawer cups and lemons throughout the shift
Keep bar runner area clean at all times
Call out correct name of customer and provide full description of the drink
Follow food safety standards and procedures at all times
