Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- comply with dress code requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- customer service oriented
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- ability to read and communicate in English
- ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- assess guest demeanor and notify manager when necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered timely
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies
- check back with guests after delivery
- greet newly seated guests
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- work efficiently following the "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and organized
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- maintain favorable working relationships
- communicate enthusiastically with guests
- dress in proper dress code and look professional
