We are currently hiring for the position of Service Support Playmaker. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards Topgolf is known for by providing exceptional service to our Players and supporting the team’s overall success. A Service Support Playmaker is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment, including greeting guests, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various team activities. This position requires a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and the physical stamina to keep up with the dynamic pace of a popular entertainment venue.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required but a plus
- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be player-focused
- Ability to stay calm in a busy environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Physical capability to perform active tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Jump in to support the team where needed, whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Provide a safe and fun environment by adhering to safety and sanitation standards, keeping work areas clean, safe, and compliant
- Live the Topgolf values every day, ensuring every player has an exceptional time and every playmaker feels supported
