Job Duties
- Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste testing
- Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, delivery/packout
- Communicate menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests
- Support the team during peak and off-peak hours by assisting where needed
- Multi-task and maintain physical activity throughout shifts
- Maintain food safety standards to uphold the highest health department ratings
- Uphold professional conduct and DIG's anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
- Contribute positively to the mission of rebuilding the food system
