Job Duties

  • Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste testing
  • Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, delivery/packout
  • Communicate menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests
  • Support the team during peak and off-peak hours by assisting where needed
  • Multi-task and maintain physical activity throughout shifts
  • Maintain food safety standards to uphold the highest health department ratings
  • Uphold professional conduct and DIG's anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
  • Contribute positively to the mission of rebuilding the food system
