The Doughnut Maker position is one of the most critical roles within Krispy Kreme shops. This role is responsible for producing the brand’s iconic doughnuts while maintaining strict quality standards that ensure customer satisfaction. As a Doughnut Maker, you will handle the preparation of dough, yeast brew, glaze, and fillings, playing a vital part in delivering the signature Krispy Kreme experience. Training and guidance will be provided, making it perfect for individuals eager to become essential members of the team and learn the entire doughnut-making process from start to finish. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area is key to both smooth operations and the high quality of the final products. This is a full-time position requiring open availability and flexibility to work various shifts, reflecting the varying hours of operation of Krispy Kreme locations.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings
  • Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts
  • Record keeping of times and temperatures of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain product quality
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company uniform and presentation standards
