The role of a Doughnut Decorator at Krispy Kreme is an exciting and dynamic position that plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products and service. Doughnut Decorators are responsible for decorating and packing doughnuts for our valued A-Glazing customers, ensuring that every doughnut not only meets the brand's stringent quality standards but also looks appealing and is presented attractively. Throughout the day, decorators monitor the inventory of doughnuts to maintain a diverse and plentiful selection for customers, enhancing their experience by offering a variety of fresh, delicious options.

As a Doughnut Decorator, you will be part of a lively and welcoming environment where customer service and product quality are paramount. Your duties include ensuring that the doughnuts' filling, icing, and toppings consistently meet Krispy Kreme’s high standards. You will also maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the decorating area, reflecting the brand's commitment to excellence and hygiene. Staying informed about current promotions and product knowledge is essential to provide accurate information and enhance customer engagement.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry and a genuine passion for delivering quality and joy through your work. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess the ability to understand weights and measurements to accurately prepare and present our products. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical, as is a commitment to fostering an inclusive, unbiased culture where all team members can express their originality.

The travel requirement for this role is minimal, ranging from 0 to 10 percent, and the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
