The Round Table Pizza Dough Roller role is an essential position within the pizza production team. This role focuses on preparing the pizza dough by producing three types of crust skins: skinny, regular, and pan crust skins. The Dough Roller is responsible for ensuring the dough is prepared consistently to the company’s high standards, which directly impacts the quality and taste of the pizzas served. The individual must maintain cleanliness and organization within the dough room and keep all equipment in proper working condition according to company policies. This position requires attention to detail as well as the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
