The role involves hands-on training to ensure every dough batch meets company standards for quality and taste. Little Caesars provides paid training, allowing new hires to learn from experienced pizza makers and develop their craft. Working closely with a dynamic team, the Dough Person will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety and operational efficiency. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- No formal education required
- Passion for creating delicious food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds sacks of dough mix
- Must be able to tolerate being on your feet for 4 hours or more each shift
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Conversational English is a must
- Must present a valid photo ID and original social security card or birth certificate OR valid passport
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to read an analog clock a plus
