The role available is for Bakers and Crew Members who will be essential in creating the high-quality, tasty cookies that Crumbl is famous for, while also ensuring outstanding customer service. The job offers a flexible schedule with shifts available from 5 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday, supporting a variety of lifestyles and availability.

This role involves a variety of responsibilities including operating the cash register, mixing and balling dough, decorating cookies, preparing catering orders, and maintaining store cleanliness. The position demands attention to detail, especially when handling ingredients and completing quality checks, as well as efficiency in customer interaction. Training begins in late June in preparation for the grand opening in early July, making this an exciting opportunity to join a new team and grow alongside the company.
