This position is for a Dough Prep Team Member, an essential role within the Via 313 small kitchen team. Working closely with a small group of 3-5 dedicated individuals, the dough prep team member will be involved in multiple stages of the pizza-making process, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients are prepared accurately and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include making sauces from scratch, shredding cheeses, mixing dough, and pressing the dough to create the perfect base for the beloved Detroit-style pizzas. Due to the intimate size of the kitchen staff, team members are expected to take on multiple roles, building versatility and a comprehensive skill set throughout their shifts.
