Via 313 is a unique and vibrant pizza restaurant known for its authentic Detroit-Style pizzas inspired by iconic local favorites like Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, and Niki's. Founded by two brothers from a hardworking, blue-collar background in Detroit, Via 313 blends tradition with innovation to offer some of the best pizza experiences in the region. This position is for a Dough Prep Team Member, an essential role within the Via 313 small kitchen team. Working closely with a small group of 3-5 dedicated individuals, the dough prep team member will be involved in multiple stages of the pizza-making process, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients are prepared accurately and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include making sauces from scratch, shredding cheeses, mixing dough, and pressing the dough to create the perfect base for the beloved Detroit-style pizzas. Due to the intimate size of the kitchen staff, team members are expected to take on multiple roles, building versatility and a comprehensive skill set throughout their shifts.
