The House Attendant is an essential member of the hospitality team who ensures that all public and guest areas of the hotel remain clean, organized, and inviting. The role involves maintaining top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all hotel facilities and equipment including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture. You will be responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, which requires a guest-focused attitude and a readiness to help at all times. Additionally, you will assist in preparing meeting rooms and events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed to guarantee seamless guest experiences. The House Attendant will also act as a safety and security steward by managing sensitive areas responsibly, handling lost-and-found items carefully, and practicing safe work habits to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, although hospitality experience is a plus. The role demands the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to outstanding service. For those in driving roles, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
