Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in kitchen operations
  • minimum one year supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations
  • availability for evenings to close shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
  • minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork

  • maintain health and safety standards
  • ensure sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, tools, and spaces
