Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in kitchen operations
- minimum one year supervisory experience
- knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations
- availability for evenings to close shifts

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
